Testing and Validating of An Integrated Operational Excellence and Performance Improvement Framework for Organizations in the Sudanese Aviation Industry

The purpose of this study is to test and validate the conceptual operational excellence framework that will be adopted implemented by organizations in Sudanese aviation industry determine if it result improved organizational performance competitive advantage, quantify benefits therein, so doing, cater as many concerns possible raised business owners managers. Many industries, especially industry, have experienced numerous booms bust cycles, rarely reacting a responsible way either highs or lows.
